Each year to mark the start of Child Abuse Prevention month, The Parent Child Center places pinwheels on it’s campus. This year a large group of volunteers, school children, college students and employees places over 2,000 pinwheels. Each of the 2,044 pinwheels represents a substantiated case of child abuse that occurred in Tulsa County during 2014. We would like to give a special thanks to GDH Consulting for helping our effort this year.
